Provide learning materials

• English for international integration (EII) courses: From EII 1 to EII 5
• Subjects supported: Students of Hoa Sen University who have registered the above subjects.
• Time: From Monday to Friday The first week of Term.

Morning: From 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Afternoon: From 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Place:

 ⇒ Quang Trung Campus: Lot 10, Street 03, Quang Trung Software Park, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

Note: The location of the room where the documents are received at the above facilities is not fixed, so one week before the delivery date will be announced exactly where the documents will be received.

Note:

• When you receive documents, you must bring your student ID card or ID.
• Check the information about the EII class currently attending on the student app

For example: Information on APP: GE102DV01 – EII 5 – 0100 ⇒ Learning EII 5 Class 100.

• After the deadline for distributing the material, you have not received it yet, please go directly to Quang Trung Library. The 3rd floor, Room A302 to receive the material.

Support account Print, Photo

• Supported Courses: All courses are supported, with the exception of Physical Education, projects, reports, internships, and graduation theses.
• Eligible Students: Support is available for regular undergraduate students, as well as students enrolled in the Elite and DMU programs, who have registered for their respective courses.
• Support Method and Usage Guidelines:

-Each student is provided with a printing and copying account linked to their STUDENT ID CARD.

-This account card is used for printing and copying services at the photocopy counters located at the Quang Trung 2 campus and the Nguyen Van Trang campus.

-When printing or copying, the service fee will be automatically deducted from the account balance. If the balance is insufficient, students will need to pay the remaining amount in cash; any remaining balance will be kept for future use.

-Any unused account balance from a supported semester will roll over to the next semester.

-The account remains valid throughout your studies at Hoa Sen University and expires upon graduation (once the graduation decision is issued). This photo account cannot be converted into cash or used for other campus services.

– Students can check their personal account information by logging into the Student Management System under Self-Management ‡ Finance ‡ Personal Account.

Note:

– In the event of losing your Student ID Card, in addition to notifying the bank, you must immediately report it to the Library at 028 7309 1991 (ext 4858) to lock your photo account.

– If you lose your card but need to use copying services, please contact us at 028 7309 1991 (ext 4858) or via email at thuvien@hoasen.edu.vn for assistance.

– When using photo services, please keep your payment receipts, as they serve as an important basis for resolving any future complaints.

– Before using on-campus printing and photo services, students are advised to check the service price list.

– Students are encouraged not to print or copy entire documents, but only the necessary pages. Please save paper to protect the environment.
